Lovely Stay
We just getting married and my husband made his engagement on the Courcheneige terrace while we were spending our last skiing holidays. It was the perfect moment of my life. The sun was just rising behind the mountain; we were having a coffee on the terrace for the breakfast. I can guarantee as the Courcheneige Hotel will always stay in my heart, all the staff is great. They were so happy for me, as the director offers us a champagne bottle. The rooms are romantics with the balcony over the terrace. The restaurant and food are great, a really good quality. And this hotel is having the best position on the Bellecote slope. No car needs, everything is inside the hotel, restaurant, bar, music, and ski in ski out location. It's great!! We will definitely go back there for every anniversary in the future.

Amazing Stay
I have already traveled over a couple of hotel in the Alps, and there is no shame to say as the Courcheneige Hotel is one of the best in the 3 Valleys. We are located directly on the piste; the staff is always ready to help us if you have any request. The restaurant is very cozy, you can have diner by the fireplace. And the bar is really really relaxing; you can enjoy one of the cocktails. Rooms are always clean; the housekeeping staff is doing a very nice job. Congratulations to all the team.

The place to be
I'm a snowboarder, and I visited Courcheneige already twice last winter. And every time is better. We are a group of friends and seriously we will be back next year. The food is really nice, you have a huge breakfast buffet, with all you wish on it, and the dinner is cool too. The bar with the après ski and happy hours is fun; there are always a lot of people enjoying the fireplace or the terrace by a sunny time. Rooms have plenty of space, bathrooms are really clean, and one of the best things is the institute, you can really relax with a good massage. The hotel offer the best position if you are a good rider, you are on the slope!! You can grab your snowboard every morning and start to ride just after breakfast. Seriously it's so cool. We will be back next year with more friends.

Great time skiing !
We just came back from Courchevel. We stayed at the Courcheneige hotel as the location is just the best from the entire resort.. Directly on the slope, we were first afraid of being far from the centre but not at all as the hotel does have everything organized on place, they provided us with the ski pass at the front desk which is a very good idea, no need to queue anymore at the ski lift company cashier. The ski shop does have good quality material. Everything is easy at the Courcheneige, you just drive in and you feel on your ski holidays directly! Our room was so comfortable with our kids in the communicating door, very easy. We have been so wowed with our view from our balcony. So great to wake up and enjoy the sunrise in the middle of the slope, very quiet and relaxing time as well as the après ski sunset. We really enjoyed our stay with my wife, kids were having fun on their own and could run easily and secured in the place. They had a game area and we did not need to worry every 5 seconds. We are now thinking and organizing our next skiing vacation back at the Courcheneige, even more as they still apply reasonable rates in Courchevel, and still have this familial service. All the staffs are professional and call you by your name which is very personal service. The director explains this hotel just got its third star, it definitely deserves it! Congratulations to "Mr Robert" for leading this team to a simple but good service. See you next year. BEST POINT breakfast with its huge buffet!

Great hotel, excellent location, super value for money...
We went to the Courcheneige with a group of friends and weren't sure what to expect. We weren't disappointed - the staffs are all so friendly we felt welcome from the moment we arrived right up until the end of our stay. The location is incomparable - what a pleasure to walk directly out of the ski room onto the slopes - no need for traipsing around. And after a hard day skiing it's wonderful to be back in the warmth of the hotel in no time. In the evening we didn't even need to venture out of the hotel, we were happy sitting by the open fire in the cosy wine bar, relaxing and chatting with friends. Free internet access in the hotel lounge is a definite plus. Our room was comfortable with great views directly overlooking the slopes and a lovely spacious bathroom. The large, fluffy 'Courcheneige' towels are a nice touch and just right for the climate. I even bought one to take home with me! The half board tariffs are excellent value for money, the menu was nicely varied throughout the week and the healthy portions meant we only needed a light snack during the day. The restaurant staffs were great and really looked after us, even providing special dishes for one of my friends who suffer with allergies. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there - only one problem - we would have liked to stay longer! Thanks for an excellent holiday, see you next year!!

Spring skiing at it's finest.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Courcheneige one of the last weeks it was open for the season.. we heard about the amazing snowfall in the French Alps and had to see for ourselves. We booked cheap flights from the UK to Chambery and arranged for the hotel to pick us up at the airport. Didn't realize that we'd be picked up in an Audi X5! The hotel was great, didn't disappoint. We had a nice double room with views of the piste, although I think all the rooms have a good view! I had read some other comments on this site and I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about? For a three-star hotel in France it was great. If you're like us and there for the skiing, then you can't beat the location. There's an equipment rental shop right at the hotel, breakfast and dinner was included.. and the south facing terrace was so nice we ended up eating some of our lunches there too! The bar is cosy with leather couches and a big fireplace. Thibaut the bartender recommended some excellent cocktails.. All in all a great trip.

Thank you and all the staff for a wonderful holiday last week.
It was fantastic to have the south facing room with a balcony since I could not ski this year due to an accident earlier this year, and when the weather allowed it was lovely to sit out on the balony.

Many thanks again for all your assistance when we stayed
Dear Robert, Many thanks again for all your assistance when we stayed with you during the third week in January. I hope that my positive review in Tripadvisor.com has brought you some additional business.
Kind regards,

Big lunch party at the Courcheneige
We were back in Courchevel last week, not staying with you, unfortunately, since you were fully booked for the rooms that we wanted when we made the request. However, we did have a big lunch party at the Courcheneige on Friday which was superb!

Fantastic Stay
We have just completed a fantastic stay in the Courcheneige

One step above the rest !
Once you get here, the staff takes care of you completely. From the greeting at the lobby to the ski shop, every one goes out of their way showing true french countryside hospitality !!! The most amazing added part is the food. We got the package that included breakfast and dinner every day. They really know how to wow you at every meal. I would not stay anywhere else. Affordable and a step above the rest!

Delightful hotel packed with value and extras
We recently stayed over Easter 2008 weekend. Not certain what to expect, we arrived to find a delightful hotel packed with value and extras. The staff is terrific - especially Robert the general manager and his lovely assistant Ben, the rooms are pristine and comfy, there is a great restaurant and food offering. Highly, highly recommend Le Courcheneige but get in early as many people book a year in advance.
